Many have been pursuing Success for years, and others start towards it and seem to find it almost immediately. It is a concept that wars have been fought over. The meaning of Success comes in many forms, and many definitions. It depends on what you are searching for in life, and searching for in business. It really depends on the perspective of life you have. Perspectives on Success are as numerous as the stars. Success is the result of steadily taking action on our most important goals. When we consistently focus our energies and our efforts upon what matters most, we can’t help but be successful — a beautiful definition coming from Michael Angier. If you do not set goals, you’re going nowhere. imagine the ship sails away to the open sea without the captain and a team and without any destination point. Where will this ship moor? Often people laugh at this question, and answer ‘of course no where’. In the best case it will land on the low-water. When the ship goes without destination this is funny, but when person goes through life without goal, Is that okey? If you set low goals, you will achieve miserable results, or no results at all. Your mind is activated only by high and great goals. If you set high results, you will achieve at least medium results. Try to focus your mind only on the high goals, difficult goals, and then you can expect it go forward achieve marvellous results. It is therefore imperative to learn the success.

Skills for Success teaches students to prolifically think about personal, academic and career goals. the book stimulates the readers to identify what success is to them and to create an effective plan towards achieving their aims. The truth is: if you do not plan your life yourself, someone else will plan your life, and that would be not convenient and profitable for you. All the life you will take part in reaching aims, but the question is would it be your aims, or someones else (e.g. boss, government, etc), you will help everyone to reach their goal’s, but do not make even a step to reach yours. Does the family of your boss have a bigger value to you, than your own? I don’t think so. Set goals if you would like to achieve results. If you strive to success, set goals with the exact deadline, tasks to be completed, and the execution period. You will achieve results only when you have the plan.

Goal setting is the beginning of success and goal setting should be followed by action. Neither your goal setting theory nor your actions have to be perfect. A key to success is to start anywhere; over time, your vision will clear and your actions improve. Success is a continuous learning of strategy. This learning is both theoretical and practical. Eventually, when you do something long enough, you become very good at it. This process is accelerated when you follow someone who can guide you past common mistakes. After you find a mentor, you have to stay consistent, refusing to get discouraged by challenges that will arise because of your lack of knowledge or resources. Skills For Success can also be your great mentor. We need goals, a lofty ideal, and a compelling reason for existence. Deny us meaning and westagnate, feel empty, and even become self-destructive. Ultimately, success is about being fully YOU.
